FYUSD is designed to be fully backed by U.S. dollar–denominated reserve assets and is intended to maintain a stable value relative to the U.S. dollar; however, it is not legal tender and is not issued or guaranteed by any government or central bank.
FYUSD is not a bank deposit, is not insured or guaranteed by the FDIC, SIPC, or any other deposit protection scheme, and does not represent a claim on any insured financial institution.
